It was a pleasure working with such a professional!
Caroline made the usually arduous job of selling a home pleasurable and relatively easy. She has an incredible knowledge of the market, human behaviour and is a consummate communicator. She was able to guide me through the options regarding the set up of the house for showing and help me manage my expectations regarding price and whether to go to auction or not. I particularly enjoyed her calm, confidence and wonderful sense of humor.
