Caroline and Chervonne from Belle Pyrmont were great to deal with. Chervonne sold us our unit originally so we knew her personally. They are honest about market expectations and clear with processes from getting home prepared for sale, managing openings and negotiating with buyers. We were extremely happy with the sale price and the whole process was relatively stress free. With a small child in tow, the lack of stress through the selling process was key for us.

Belle Property was an excellent choice for selling our home and Caroline's driving force was the icing on the cake with the outcome of the sale. We knew the market was hot but Caroline was able to fetch more than 15% above our expected top end price which was fabulous. I would recommend both Belle Property and Caroline for both buying and selling your property. Interestingly enough 10 years prior to selling our property, it was actually Caroline who sold it to us in the first place. Again thank you Caroline and Belle Property for such a great outcome...
