The best in Sydney
Excellent communication skills, took the time to understand what we were looking for and how the property could meet those needs. Refreshing to find a truly empathetic real estate agent, who takes the time to understand both their client and prospective buyers and deliver a result that satisfies both. A consummate professional. Cannot recommend more highly.

Professional !
Dear Sir/Madam, It is difficult to capture in a few lines the professionalism, promptness, presentation, serviceability etc which Caroline and her team of Belle Property delivered in the time frame of the sale campaign of my apartment. But what I will say, in our current daily busy schedules, coordination and reliability which was shown by the team, play an utmost role so I was able to continue other daily business & activities without a worry. Best property agents in Pyrmont- most professional and results-driven
We sold our two bedroom apartment in Pyrmont earlier this year and did a lot of research in selecting a real estate agent to sell our property. This included meeting with several agents in the local area. We decided to select Belle Property due to the best practice approaches and professionalism of the team, Caroline, Chervonne and Jack. Unlike other property agents in the area, the team were very focused on getting the best outcomes via building great relationships and not having time constraints on the sale. So it didn't matter to them if it took one week or 8 weeks, as long as they met the client's objectives. The entire process was seamless, they organised the viewings and all the style changes without us needing to get involved and viewing times were extremely convenient. They also spent a lot of time working with different potential buyers to build a relationship as they think about the long-term and remember the small details. This helped with building a large pipeline of potential buyers. We ended up with an outstanding result which was the highest ever in our apartment building. If you want a seamless, stress-free and convenient property sale, look no further than Belle. You won't get any better in Pyrmont or in the Sydney area.
