Thoroughly professional experience.

A stress free sales experience

We had been keeping an eye on the market for a while before deciding to list our property, so we knew Ryan Broadhurst from Belle Property had negotiated a lot of sales in our area. After meeting with Ryan we were confident that he had the knowledge and experience to be able to successfully market our rural property. Ryan provided us with a well researched and detailed valuation and marketing plan for our property and secured a sale within the expected price range. We didn’t expect it to sell so quickly but we think Ryan’s local knowledge and extensive contacts made all the difference. A lot of thought and effort went into the marketing materials and Ryan also helped us navigate council requirements associated with the sale of a rural property. Despite our sale taking place over the Christmas/New Year period, Ryan was always responsive and able to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend Ryan and the Belle Property team if you are selling a property in the area.
