Chris was absolutely fantastic

Chris was absolutely fantastic the entire process. A local from Googong, he knew what recreational activities, schools and developments were upcoming in the suburb. Chris was honest and transparent, and always available for a call when I had questions about the property. We highly recommend Chris!!

Chris took over the listing for our property after another real estate had it for a 4 month period. Chris got the house under contract within 3 weeks at 50k above any other offer we had received. He was friendly, professional and communicated clearly throughout the whole process. Really down to earth guy who doesn’t give off those typical salesman vibes. We highly recommend Chris!!

An agent who lives in the area

From our first meeting with the Belle team, we were extremely impressed by Chris’s down to earth, friendly manner. He was always very transparent and consistent with his communication and we felt very confident in his abilities to sell our house on a tight timeframe. Having an agent who lives in the area and also has a young family helped us feel reassured he understood our situation and was able to achieve our goals.
