Shane Vincent is one of those agents with huge experience and local knowledge. Advice he provides is genuine and sincere. Communication is fantastic. and then he got the sale done at the price we had agreed to. Cannot ask for more than that.

After having our properties for sale with another agent for several months and spending thousands of dollars with them on marketing, styling, auctioneers and suggested improvements, with no result, left us totally disheartened and sceptical about the whole realestate industry. Tony and Shane, cut through all the BS and delivered the desired results in just 3 weeks. Many thanks to Tony, Shane and the Randwick Belle Team for your professionalism, insight and guidance throughout our campaign and delivering outstanding results on both properties.

After speaking to four local agents in our area, we knew selling our home was going to be stressful. My wife and I decided on Tony Kalofonos from Belle Property to navigate us with sale of our home. We found him calm, engaging and very knowledgeable and most importantly, providing frequent and detailed feedback. I would without hesitation highly recommend to anyone, Tony Kalofonos at Belle Property for his professional, honest and trustworthy services.

Selling my apartment was a very emotional process for me and I often needed time to reflect on the decisions I was making. Shane was very respectful of that. He was always approachable, responsive & helpful; and honest in his communication with me. I am very happy with the outcome & with Shane’s tireless efforts to achieve it.

Emilee was an amazing agent when selling our apartment. She was very efficient in the process and sold the property within a week! She kept us involved along the way so we were aware of our options. And the best part, she was great at negotiating between two buyers to get a price that was higher than we expected. Thanks Emilee!
