I approached four highly regarded agents to provide me with a proposal to sell my aunt's 2-bedroom unit at Coogee. I chose Nick predominantly because he demonstrated great integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, local knowledge, and a personal approach to marketing my aunt's property. The proposal contained just the right amount of information, not too much not too little, about the market, potential selling price, selling strategy, comparable properties, advice on styling and much more. From the outset I felt that I could trust his advice; this continued until completion. During the selling process it became evident why he had consecutively received many awards for his skills in selling property. He minorly tweaked the selling strategy during the campaign and ultimately the property was sold prior to auction with a great outcome. Nick’s negotiation skills were very evident during the pre-auction negotiations. After an initial low-ball offer Nick skilfully negotiated a fantastic selling price with exchange occurring within a 24-hour period. His personal style was always calm, and his communications were helpful and well considered. I always felt that he was committed to getting the best outcome for my aunt in the current market. Nick’s stylist provided great partial styling package rather than full styling, which was very effective and allowed my aunt to live at the property during the campaign. Nick epitomises integrity, trustworthiness and skill. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their property with as little stress as possible whilst obtaining a great outcome.
