Emilee is an amazing communicator and able to anticipate my needs before it even comes up. I was purchasing a property without the ability to view it in person, which meant that I had to put complete trust in the information she was providing. As a buyer, you always have in the back of your mind that the agent is representing the seller, but I never had a feeling that Emilee didn’t have my best interests at hand. Emilee offered to keep the display furniture in the apartment after the purchase, which helped rent it out at a premium after just the first showing. She kept constant touch even a month after to follow up on the property’s performance, and to see how things were getting on with my appointed rental agent.
