Couldn’t ask for a more honest real estate agent. Nick guided us in how to best prepare the property for sale and always in a professional, courteous and heartfelt manner. His advice on how to style the house and garden proved spot on as it transformed the appearance in time for the first opening. He kept us informed constantly about feedback from prospective buyers and put no pressure on us accept a lower offer - we always felt he was acting in our best interest. I was dealing with Tony as a purchaser and found him to be outsntading. He was very direct, clear, and to the point. He had a firm grasp on the market and the dynamics, as well as the coverage of other properties on the market with comparable characteristics.
