From start to finish, Nik and Karen made the sale of our property stress free. They organised painters, carpenters, gardeners and stylists to ensure our apartment was looking its best. Nik has extensive local knowledge which showed in the negotiations of the sale. He gave us a realistic price expectation and kept us informed throughout the campaign, as the market changed. His advise was offered but we never felt pressured, which is a testament to his honestly and integrity. My husband and I do not have enough praise for Nick and Karen. We know many agents in Sydney and Nick and Karen are the best of the best. From the very beginning of the process of selling our 3 bedroom apartment in Coogee, they were the dream team - friendly, transparent and an absolute delight to work with.
