From the outset, Emily stood out as keen and 'hungry' for the best possible outcome. We met in January 2021, and she kept me continually informed on local property performance, without being invasive or pushy: I liked that she respectfully kept pursuing the opportunity. At one point Emily asked me a 'dream price'. I based it on a property she sent me that had sold 2 weeks earlier but felt that was impossible. Emily actually achieved over and above my 'beyond wildest dreams' price, all the while keeping me constantly informed on progress. I am still stunned, elated and most of all thrilled that my first instinct to choose Emily was correct.
