Nick had great market knowledge and we felt that we could really trust his expert advice in regards to selling our apartment. We do not have praise high enough for Nick and Karen. They are entirely professional, knowledgeable and made selling a breeze. One aspect we appreciated above all else was their honesty and transparency. We were told so many different figures regarding our property but appreciated their spending time researching comparable sales and showing us what to expect based on what had recently sold.
