Our initial impression of Belle when we started...
Our initial impression of Belle when we started looking at houses was gruff agents, but it improved later, perhaps after it was realised that we were serious buyers. The "silent tender" process came across very stern and rigid. The agent was much more friendly and helpful when our bid turned out to be very competitive, and eventually accepted after brief negotiations. The communication was effective and helped us make a decision. Overall, we are happy with the agent and feel he did a good job.

Professional and definitely works for the seller
We have now sold 2 properties through Clinton as well as bought 2 properties through him. As a real estate agent (in a different area) for 18 years, selecting an agent is all about selecting the agent who would get us the best result. Clinton proved to us twice that he definitely works FOR the seller, but also works well with the buyer to get the best result.

Dianne was fantastic, myself working in the sales and customer service sector I understand how important the the client is and keeping them informed, it was nice to be the other side and being the client and Dianne didn’t let us down she always kept us updated with everything and at all time was pleasant and very professional. Thank you Dianne you was a super star…. The only thing I would recommend is use a different staging company as I wasn’t at all impressed with the attitude and service from this other company..
