Clinton is extremely professional and presents all the information at hand well. He has taken all of the concerns of selling our property off our mind and we were so happy to have such a quick sale at a good price for all parties. His enthusiasm for the property market, attention to detail and local knowledge make his team well ahead of the rest! Many thanks Dee and Manny

We were a little sceptical to put our house on the market while it was still tenanted, however Clinton put our minds at ease. He and Stacey had to deal with COVID restrictions and a very difficult tenant, but they took all of the stress off us and made it seem easy. They had a contract in place within 2 weeks of going to market, all without being able to do an open home! We were very pleased with their professionalism, communication and most importantly the result they achieved for us. Would definitely recommend to others.

I first met Clinton at an open viewing in Scarborough, in October 2019. This year in May 2021, I made the decision to sell my beautiful home. I chose Clinton. From the very beginning, Clinton always gave excellence in respect and he always stayed 100% focused on the selling of my home. I was very set on what I wanted, and Clinton achieved exactly that. I have met the new owners, they are lovely and very excited to be moving in. I have loved the experience and the journey. Thank you Clinton. We did it!!!

It was a pleasure dealing with Dianne, a very professional & friendly lady. Dianne's knowledge of the local area is vast. Our experience of buying our 2nd property after 17yrs was smooth and easy and that's all thanks to Dianne & Belle Property. We Love our new home :)

We received a letter box drop from Clinton informing us he had sold the house across the street. We thought the price achieved was a good price as far as a seller is concerned. Our problem was we had two properties to sell and needed to sell them in roughly the same time frame. We of course wanted to take advantage of the sellers market and get the best price we could and sell within a short period of time. Clinton's positive approach along with his offsider Stacey assured us this was possible and with open house inspections on consecutive Saturdays achieved the result. Both properties sold for a reasonable price and are settling within 5 days of each other. The fact that Clinton and Stacey kept us informed all along the process during the selling and the building and pest reports was certainly a help in enabling us to keep up to date on the progress of the sale. We are happy with the outcome.

Dianne is professional, knowledgeable and gets fabulous results, but best of all, she’s honest and puts her clients’ needs first. From our first appointment, Dianne listened to what our needs were as sellers (beyond just a great sales result) and made us feel at ease throughout the process. Nothing was ever rushed or too much trouble, and because she surrounds herself with such a high calibre of talented professionals, she really delivers a quality product to market. Overall, we had a wonderful experience selling with Dianne, and we highly recommend her to everyone we speak to in our community.

From the moment Dianne walked into our home we were confident she would get us a good sale result. Dianne was very friendly while maintaining her professionalism and personal drive from our first meeting, prior to us listing with her, through to settlement.

We had the easiest and most professional experience recently using Di services selling our investment property. Everything was done over the phone with minimal fuss and Di took care of everything. It has been the best realestate experience from both the seller and buyers perspective. I would not hesitate in using Di’s services again and certainly recommend her commitment and personal professional manner to anyone selling or wishing to purchase a property.
