It was a pleasure to come across Clinton and his team when we were searching for our next home. All our questions regarding the property and surrounding area were answered honestly and concisely and anything they were unsure of was investigated and communicated back to us very quickly. We have bought and sold property many times and we have to thank Clinton and team for making this such an easy and straightforward process.

Clinton, Jonny, Madonna and the Belle team have gone above and beyond to make sure our sale went as smoothly as possible. Every open home inspection each week was treated like it was the first. I was impressed that the full team were there every week to ensure the attention the sale needed and communications were sent on a regular basis. To be honest, they couldn't have done more than they did, and I would definitely recommend them! THANK YOU Belle Team for helping me sell my house and making it a stress less experience.

Being in business ourselves for many years we have always supported good quality budding employees , we chose Jonathon in sales and were not disappointed he was pleasant and professional and took the time to listen to what we required. Jonathon did a walk through video on site followed by numerous questions , he left no stone unturned. I have no doubt in time Jonathon will succeed to become a leading professional in his chosen field. Regards John / kellie

After speaking with a few local agents about selling our home, Clinton stood out for all the right reasons: he is professional, confident, knowledgeable, and incredibly motivated to achieve the best possible sale price. Clinton also has a good sense of humour and this made the sometimes stressful process a little easier. It was also great to be guided through all the conditions before the sale went unconditional. I would recommend Clinton, and the whole Belle team, to anyone considering listing their home.

Exceptional service throughout the marketing and sales process. Clinton understood sellers price expectations and timeframe, and negotiations were pragmatic with an open approach to achieving a successful result. As a local agent, Clinton and his team thoroughly understand the Peninsula property market, current market conditions and are open to sharing their knowledge and experience with potential buyers and sellers alike.

Clinton is a beaut bloke! We've purchased twice and sold once with him, and each transaction was handled as if we were his own family. He goes the extra kilometer for his clients... yes, we know the vendors are his clients, but even as purchasers we felt well valued and served. I guess all real estate agents say they care, but we think Clinton actually does.

Clinton was excellent to work with from the very first phone call. He was prompt to respond and even sorted a landscaper to beautifully tidy up the property for me as I’m overseas and the tenants had not tended the gardens and lawns for months. This added so much value to the sale in my opinion. He sent photos and texted me to keep me up to date every step of the way. I thoroughly recommend him.

I have full confidence In Clinton Viertel's abilities as an agent because I have seen him in action. He is genuine, honest and committed to his clients. A few years ago, he sold our last investment property at the price we wanted and we have used his services ever since. With the sale of this current investment property, Clinton and I discussed price and strategy. I had no hesitations in being guided by his experience and expertise. Although there were a few challenges with access to the property, Clinton was always considerate and professional with tenants and everyone involved. His feedback throughout the process was encouraging. I highly recommend Clinton, because once you become a client, YOUR interests ALWAYS come first with him and his team!
