The team at Belle Property were wonderful to work with and very attentive to our questions. Madonna was always on the ball to have everything covered and very responsive. From start to finish a professional and genuine relationship and we felt confident selling our home with Belle Property.

Thank you to Clinton, Jonathan and the team. They are professional, hardworking and fantastic to deal with. We sold our property through Belles Real Estate only to have the contract of sale fall over due to the buyers being unable to secure finance approval. This meant that the property was vacant for 3 months and no buyer. Clinton and the team at Belles continued to operate with integrity consistently over the campaign and through their hard work were able to secure the sale of the property. This required several different hoops that had to be jumped through to attain the deal. We have no hesitation in recommending Clinton and the team at Belles real estate including the rental management team lead by Julie.

I would like to pass on a huge Thankyou to the whole office team buying interstate certainly through some challenges our way but after weeks of flying in between states and four offer's on other properties failed to seal a deal it was deflating, Brett & Clinton just worked so closely with us and we're very patient as our technology skills are quite challenging to say the least highly recommend this office team .Karen & Boz

Belle Property Management met all our expectations. They were professional, reliable and trustworthy. Being interstate this was very important to us as well as communication. They constantly contacted us and kept us up to date with all activity either via, phone, text or email. We received the expected result in a short campaign. All the staff were inclusive, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them. We chose them due to their excellent sales results and we were not disappointed. Thankyou Belle Property.

We are so thankful for the recommendation on the property by Madonna, she listened to what we were looking for and mentioned this particular listing. Jonathon the agent looking after the property was very personable and professional, he really took the time to understand what we wanted, what our situation was and helped meet our needs. We would happily use Jonathon again as an agent and recommend his services.

The Belle team were responsive, communicated effectively and regularly, and were professional at all times. They provided the right advice without pushing too hard, at the same time listening to our concerns and views. It was a true partnership in the whole sales process. They were also fun to deal with, lightening the mood at the times it was needed.

Clinton was recommended to us and from the moment we met him, we knew he was the agent for us. Professional and with a wide knowledge of the local real estate market, we were fully supported throughout the selling process by Clinton and his team of Madonna, Jonathon and Adriene. Very approachable and down to earth, Clinton does not make promises that are unrealistic. He kept us informed regularly as to every step of the way and as a result, we trusted his judgement As our agent, Clinton gave more than 100% in marketing and selling our property. We were were ecstatic with the sale price for our property. We highly recommend Clinton to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate agent.
