Thank you to Clinton, Jonathan and the team. They are professional, hardworking and fantastic to deal with. We sold our property through Belles Real Estate only to have the contract of sale fall over due to the buyers being unable to secure finance approval. This meant that the property was vacant for 3 months and no buyer. Clinton and the team at Belles continued to operate with integrity consistently over the campaign and through their hard work were able to secure the sale of the property. This required several different hoops that had to be jumped through to attain the deal. We have no hesitation in recommending Clinton and the team at Belles real estate including the rental management team lead by Julie.

I would like to pass on a huge Thankyou to the whole office team buying interstate certainly through some challenges our way but after weeks of flying in between states and four offer's on other properties failed to seal a deal it was deflating, Brett & Clinton just worked so closely with us and we're very patient as our technology skills are quite challenging to say the least highly recommend this office team .Karen & Boz
