Professional and hard working getting the best result
Now retired but with 18 years as a real estate agent in a different locale my expectations of a real estate agent are very high. Over a year ago we decided to move within the same suburb and bought through Clinton. We felt that although he was working with us, he was always working FOR the seller. We had no hesitation entrusting Clinton to sell the unit we were moving from and were not disappointed as he worked tirelessly to get us the best possible result. He was knowledgeable about the area, designed an appealing marketing program as well as kept us up to date with the market and provided relevant feedback from buyers. Will definitely use him next time.

True Professional - Clinton Viertel at Belle Property - excellent experience
Prior to engagement - I had interviewed 4 local Newport real estate agents (includes receiving formal proposals) - as selling a house can be a very demanding and challenging process . Following consideration of many factors - appointing Clinton Viertel at Belle Property was the best decision - as we were able to establish quickly a very good working professional relationship. Clinton was able to walk me through the vendor process in detail, very knowledgeable of the area, kept me up to date on a regular basis, attended meetings and provided professional marketing material in a timely manner and very sound advice on marketing approach. Verbal and written communication skills were at the highest level in dealing with Clinton. The house was sold at 1st open inspection which was a great outcome (i.e. less than 1 week from listing). Many thanks Clinton for a very rewarding experience - a true professional.
