Yes I would gladly give Clinton 5 stars, with pleasure. Have found Clinton a dream to deal with. At all times has a positive cheerful attitude, saying right from the first interview "Yes you have a fantastic property, no doubt this property will sell quickly and at a price deserving of such an excellent property". All times Clinton was well presented, and a smiling happy gentlemen. Clinton gave me totally confidence, that he; and his team new what they were about, with runs on the board. He knew and live in the area. He gave me the feeling that if I gave Clinton my listing he was in the drivers seat, knowing how and why my property should be present in the way that would give it the excellent exposure, thus allow my property to be sold to the first buyer who saw it. I had total confidence in what he was doing, yet at all times my feelings were considered and what I wanted to do. Yes, he's a guy that for-filled every commitment, and kept me informed at all times as to where and what was happening. If ever I was selling again, I would have no hesitation in giving Clinton, at Belle Property my listing.

Outstanding!
Incredibly and absolutely thrilled to have been able to utilise Dianne’s services in selling our home! Her overall knowledge of the market trends, not only the in the area we sold in, but in general were on point! She gave us great advice and went through the entire process, with patience and a positive outlook. I mentioned to Dianne that it would be great if all agents were like her. She was always upfront with information, and not once did we feel like just another “client”. Awesome experience!
I had been house hunting in Southern Queensland for a couple of months before I connected with Dianne on my now new home on Quay Circuit. It was made a little more complicated given that I was living in Canada at the time. Dianne was quick to respond and attentive to any questions that I had, in addition we had a 45 min video walk through of the house, delving into every nook and cranny all the while me asking her questions. She was honest in her responses and if she was unsure she would take note and get back to me with the answers. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and that coupled with her experience and passion for real estate make her the perfect agent to seek out. I have no hesitation in recommending Dianne for any of your real estate needs.

Fantastic experience from start to finish
Clinton is everything you would look and wish for in an agent, from his knowledge and professionalism through to his communication, honesty and general approach to the selling process. Excellent Agent
Clinton did everything he said he was going to do, promptly. The whole process has been slick, efficient and worked a treat. You can't underestimate the benefit of having an agency located in a high traffic area, with a good front window and an agent who is prepared to approach people looking at photos in the office window! Professional agent with extensive local knowledge
Dianne has always been more than an agent to us.
