We had very high expectations as we aimed to set a new benchmark for quality in the area. The Townhomes we built were finished to a lot higher level of finish than everything else in the area. Because of this we expected a very good price. After being told by other agents we were being unrealistic, Clinton didn't hesitate and was excited about our project. We signed him up and then Covid-19 hit that weekend, he still did everything he could to get a sale for us.
