As I was interstate, Daniel also enabled access to the property for all trades which was very helpful. The process of selling in these time has been trying Melbourne has had a few issues with the Covid 19 shutdowns and now earthquakes, so selling has had it moments. Most things worked really well, given the difficulties of lockdown. Ken was very helpful in organising other people (e.g. cleaners, furniture staging) and he stepped in really well to help when the property got robbed. The sale outcome was great! Some things had minor errors. E.g. - ad board was located in incorrect place (despite Ken giving them clear instructions), - some factual details incorrect in the information posted online, - I was initially invoiced for something that I didn't use and - the automatic system to try to charge me for "pay later" was a major pain (despite me explaining multiple times that I wanted to "pay now"). Overall, great experience and well I felt very well looked after by Ken.

I engaged Daniel Atsis of Belle Properties after the first agent that I appointment fell out. Daniel is professional in his dealings, and he understood where my pain point in selling the property so far. He didn't press me down with the price that I said it's the breakeven price, but I mentioned we could negotiate for serious buyer, and he agreed. He also willing to give a pay-later option in advertising for me, a foreign buyer, when some agencies won't take the risk. Belle Property also has a reasonable and lower advertising costs, compared to other agencies. He had been responsive every week after the open house and let me know the updates and progress. I accepted the final offer, because he gave his assurance of the solid buyer. I definitely would recommend him for property transactions.
