Compared Daniel Atsis to the two other specialist Richmond agents. Of those, one undervalued the property by $400k. The other returned phone calls only after my second call. Daniel was always responsive and indeed proactive. His valuation was right on the money because he obviously has a superior market knowledge. He managed the marketing and auction process brilliantly. I felt that Hocking Stuart were a better bet because they were slightly smaller than the opposition. This guaranteed a much much more focussed and tailored service. Daniel was in continual contact with prospects and the auction outcome reflected that. Ultimately I an convinced that Daniel rung every possible dollar out of the sale.

Elton John once sold his house. He then wrote this song about his real estate agent, Daniel Atsis. Like Elton , Daniel is now also my brother, and he is older than me but neither of us feel any pain. The joy he brought to my family by making the sale of my house as smooth and as uncomplicated as possible cannot be summed up in a review.
