We attended all open homes for the property, with Ruby greeting us at the door each time. Both Georgie and Ruby answered any questions. We used a buyer’s agent who did the negotiating for us with Georgie and the owner, so we were appraised throughout the process.

Georgie sold our family home of almost 30 years. As my first home I had ever owned, and the house we raised our kids in, I was apprehensive about the process. Georgie was very easy to deal with and made no fuss about the marketing and styling. She saw the home through our eyes and gave us practical advice about what was important in the eyes of potential buyers. As we were going to be neighbours with the new owners it was important to us that the buyers were the right "fit" for the home. Ideally, we were keen for a family to move in and love living in the place that gave us so much joy for so many years. Georgie and her team spend time working out what buyers are really looking for and when the right family came along she knew that it was the right fit for everyone.
