Leigh put her heart and soul in to the sale of our beautiful Queenslander property. She is the complete property specialist with all the knowledge, contacts and networks at hand needed to sell such a special home. We cannot ever thank her enough for everything she has done for us. Friendly and approachable
We recently purchased a home through Leigh Hutton. She was very friendly and down-to-earth, providing frank advice and information about the property. Whilst she followed up with us, she did so in a gentle way; unlike any other real estate agent I have met before! Incredibly helpful and encouraging

Keep Calm get Leigh
It was Leigh who approached my wife and I via a letter box drop stating that she had potential buyers on her list, interested in our property. Old school I know, but that was what got us to respond. Her drive, Her persistence, Her never give up attitude. Leigh did in 4 weeks what no other agent had done. Leigh backed herself and followed up with excellent communication, and advice. Her pleasant, up front commitment to achieving the outcome was impressive. The photos taken by the photographer were amazing, as was Leigh’s styling of the property. Leigh was present for the whole photo shoot, scoping out the best shots and providing excellent staging. Leigh achieved above the price we expected and surpassed the price set by previous agents. Leigh also put forward a strong case for us to try listing just on the Belle property website, which is nationwide ,and then letting her Facebook marketing page work it’s magic. This saved us from outlaying the $1295.00 RealEstate.com.au marketing fee. Again, true to her word, within 1 hour of our property being uploaded to the Belle website, she had 5 new enquiries, 1 of which flew up from Melbourne to look at our property. We have since passed on her name to others who are both looking at buying and selling and would not hesitate to recommend Leigh or use her services again. One of the most seamless experiences!

Excellent Agent
