We chose Georgie Haug, over some other agents, largely because she listened to what we wanted and at no time did she try to hurry us into signing a contract with Belle Property before we were ready. During the time we were getting prepared to put our home on the market she was always available for us to answer any questions we had about the preparation for sale and provided valuable assistance regarding styling and presentation based on her experience. This saved us from perhaps spending time and money that may have been unnecessary. Once we signed to an exclusive contract with Belle Property, Georgie wasted no time and went to work for us. She provided quality styling and photographic professionals and guided us through the sales process at a pace we felt comfortable with at all times. The inspection days were handled flawlessly at all times. Everything was done on time and not rushed. Georgie brought staff with her to handle the logistics of showing people around a large property, allowing her time to focus on the prospective buyers calmly and intelligently. The follow ups to opens were timely and she was able to provide feedback to us that was both honest and reassuring; even when we were concerned about our expectations. As it happened Georgie found us a buyer after only five weeks, which was a relatively short period for an unusual property in many ways and in a high price bracket. Like many sellers we would have liked to have achieved a slightly higher price but we understood that Georgie had negotiated as persistently as possible with the buyer and that holding out for more may have cost us the sale and may have compromised and lengthened the selling process to our detriment. To this extent we did not have "sellers remorse" and were satisfied with the outcome. In short we found Georgie a pleasure to deal with. She is authentic, knowledgeable and works 100% for her client.
