A fantastic agent - wish every agent was like Ryan
We were lucky enough to purchase a property from Ryan recently in Brighton. He was professional, helpful, friendly and a complete pleasure to deal with throughout. No request or question was too big or too much of a hassle. Having recently moved from overseas, we had not bought property in Australia before and he was exceptionally patient with us and guided us every step of the way. He really went above and beyond in all elements of the transaction. The negotiation itself was fair and transparent. The vendors had moved overseas during the settlement period, so he ended up going far beyond his job description even once the contracts were signed. I would not hesitate to buy or sell with Ryan again and would recommend him to anyone.

Ryan and Mandy were excellent throughout our somewhat unique situation. With an impending deadline to move our young family overseas, they were able to source and align a buyer off market at a challenging time which in the end lead to a terrific result. Ryan was respectful, no nonsense and professional and his ability to get our deal done was greatly appreciated. His communication was excellent all along, even since our departure overseas he has been great, keeping us informed from the outset

6 months ago we had met Mandy, and Ryan, at an open home which triggered us to have them through our home for an appraisal. We decided the house was not for us and we would not go any further with selling our home until we knew what we were doing. In an out of the blue phone call 6 months later, Mandy had met a couple from the UK who described a home like ours, she got them through our home on the Monday and in the most wild circumstances they bought it on the Wednesday! Incredible effort in touching base, following up across the 6 months and finding a needle in the haystack buyer.
