Considered, responsive and good understanding of the local market

Justine had a thorough understanding of the history of our area and our property having lived nearby for a number of years and had visited the house a few times in that period. While we were in a situation of selling in a cooling market Justine followed up every lead quickly , the result being a sale in about a calendar month. Justine provided regular updates during the sales cycle and provided recommendations along the way to show the house in the best light. Every open home inspection was dogged by poor weather however Justine was able to keep a flow of prospective buyers visiting the property.
