I first heard about Matt while at a friend’s leaving do. She told us all that she had sold her house with him and I was very surprised at the price she achieved especially as it was quite a quirky property. At that same event a few more friends recommended him. On our first meeting we found Matt knowledgeable and able to allay my fears about selling. We didn’t feel the need to talk to any other agents. During the process he was supportive and approachable. He advised us on small renovation jobs and resolved any issues that cropped up in a timely manner.
