Matt was the last agent on our list that we were considering and prior to our appraisal meeting with him did not think that he would make the shortlist. He however turned that around pretty quickly when he came back with a compelling commission fee and a high confidence level of achieving a price that was a higher than other agents. I had to do the due diligence to ensure that he wasn't just being 'salesy' and could actually achieve the result. Matt facilitated this by giving me a list of his latest previous vendors (without me asking for it) who all gave him a positive review. This was a huge differentiator as other agents did not provide this, not that they wouldn't but I never had to ask for it from Matt. At the start of the campaign, it was obvious that the market was cooling somewhat and Matt gave us suggestions on how to get more interest and contenders, which he delivered. I believe that Matt's strengths are his experience and instincts on what the next best step is in a sales campaign and we trusted him in guiding us through the process. His results are what sets him apart. It would be remiss for anyone who is selling in the lower Northern Beaches to not consider Matt and his team to represent them. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and would definitely engage his services if I were to sell again.
