Michael initially gave us a higher appraisal than other agents in the area. It was a very difficult property to price, as there were no comparable properties in the area. He was the only agent who believed in our property like we did, and that’s what made us go with him. It was a challenging time, as we went onto the market right when open homes were banned for covid. But, we sold, within 3 months, for a price that we were happy with, and still above the other agents appraisals. Michael never encouraged us to drop the price, but continued to believe that it was worth what we thought it was and that we should hold on for the right buyer. This was good advice. He was always easy to contact, always returned calls/emails in a very timely manner, was pleasant, honest, and gave good feedback from buyers. We are very pleased with Michael and the all round experience that we had.
