From day one Nikala was very professional and knew exactly how to handle a sensitive seller with a lot riding on the sale. Being a local resident herself her local knowledge was second to none which was made even more apparent once we realised *every* other property for sale/recently sold in the area had her name on the signs out front. Even though our property was listed the morning the COVID-19 Open House bans were announced Nikala managed everything with grace and was able to quell our anxiety with ease. Sure enough the perfect buyer came along with a very realistic offer slightly higher than what we needed and within a few weeks later we had an unconditional contract with settlement just around the corner. Fantastic! We can't recommend Nikala enough and wouldn't hesitate to use her again for future property sales. Ironically Nikala was recommended to us after we contacted Maria Pierce thanks to Marias efforts selling other properties for us in the past so with that in mind I can personally vouch for the whole team at Belle Property Sherwood. Outstanding work.

After my 88y.o father went into residential care, my mother decided to sell their home. We interviewed 6 real estate agents looking for the consummate professional, with superior local market knowledge and exemplary communication and negotiation skills. Moreover, we needed an agent who was not only astute - but emotionally intuitive; someone who would be sensitive to mum's needs and situation. Nikala surpassed our expectations in every way. We found her to be an incredible 'reader' of people, who is obviously passionate about what she does.
