Kelly was very patient. Both Cath (her admin assistant) and Kelly were always professional. My husband and I began searching in a different price range to that in which we purchased. Throughout this process they were never pushy and let us realise that our original expectations were unrealistic in our own space and time. Very grateful to them and very happy with our new home.

From a buyer's perspective, Kelly was prompt, punctual and friendly to deal with. She knows the market/region well, and was available to answer queries etc. Her and the team have done well.

My property is quirky - an old house on a large block with a lot of charm but needing some upgrades. Kelly did a wonderful job of finding the right people for the house. Firstly, she was upbeat and positive about the house and the sale process. She and her team made me feel I was a partner in the process. Kelly is really knowledgeable about the local market, and very professional. Communication was timely and accurate. I highly recommend her.

Kelly was a delight to work with when buying our property. Professional from the start, she has a wonderful personal touch. She kept communication alive and made sure everything was ticking along nicely on both sides of the purchase. Even when misinterpretations and miscommunications popped up, she managed to reach amicable solutions with aplomb.
