Dealing with Kelly was awesome. Between her and Niki they fielded my calls and questions with professionalism and a friendly rapport. However it was now the second time that Henley property sent my settlement to the wrong bank account, causing delays of days between funds being available and funds coming to my account. This was the second time I've had issues with Henley regarding large sums of money, having a similar situation occur during our last settlement with them. The staff that you deal with are great but the accounting side left a lot to be desired. These sums may be small for some people but we're significant to me and they were dismissed by their upper management when I questioned how this had happened.
