Dani did a good job in selling our house with an ever changing market place due to interest rates rising during the period of the sales campaign. She was very knowledgeable about what the local market was doing and she was on top of things changing. Dani kept the communication lines with us pretty open at all times and she did seem to have to work a little harder during this campaign compared to the 6 to 12 months prior due to the times to get the sale done. We did feel at stages to be getting some pressure put on us to sell at a lower price due to the buyers in the area quieting down and the interest rates going up, Dani initially set out a sales plan for us to sell the property which we were fine with then we did have to change tactics a bit during the campaign to try and encourage more buyers. Overall not being through this process before we found some parts difficult to understand and why we were going down this road but for the majority of it we found the process good and Dani a very good sales Agent
