Nigel had the idea to go to auction which I was a little nervous about but after he presented all the positive reasons why, we decided to go down that path. His contact and delivery of information during the whole sale was amazing. Easy to deal with easy to contact and honest with any hurdles we encountered, which we were able to navigate with ease due to his efficiency. The Auction went great and we sold above our reserve and expectations. Couldn’t recommend him more highly.
