I have not purchased a property before and was bracing myself for a bamboozling litany of legal requirements and industry jargon. But the process was surprisingly simpler and straightforward. Although inherently in the opposite corner, Joe Eason is nevertheless a relatable 'straight shooter' who explained the process clearly and kept me well-informed of what was happening or likely to happen. Had I not got the property I would have still felt I was treated fairly and with integrity.

Peter has always kept us informed, replied to all queries promptly and has always rung when he said he would. We really appreciated his calls to give us detailed feedback after every Open for Inspection. We also valued his input into what renovations to have done, and how to style our property effectively and within a reasonable budget prior to marketing. Marketing proved very successful as there were many parties at the Open for Inspections. These were done very quickly and efficiently. Our experience has been very easy, enjoyable and rewarding.
