Great Result!

Excellent Agent
Mark Konishi and Alexandra Yaramanis were at all times polite, punctual and very professional. Mark was completely transparent in all activities relating to the sale of our property, and his estimates on pricing were proven to be extremely accurate. In addition Mark's knowledge of the auction process and the relevant strategies and tactics to be adopted were second to none. We also found Mark to be an excellent auctioneer. Great Agent
I found Mark was extremely professional , fabulous marketing knowledge, great communicator,( if I asked for anything and I did ask for lots of extra's it was done immediately) & his negotiation skills were very fair. I have bought and sold many properties over the years and most times I wouldn't rate the agent I was working with, but I found Mark to be the exception. I would have no hesitation to list a property with him and recommend him to my family and friends

From the first contact with Grant he was extremely approachable and professional. His thoroughness when first inspecting our property was fantastic. He gave very detailed suggestions on things to improve both inside and outside the property, to get us the very best price come auction day. His recommendations regarding affordable and reliable trades etc were also excellent. Grant and his team were always available to answer questions throughout the sale, and kept us very informed of how the campaign was progressing. His excellent communication and people skills were also apparent throughout the campaign and auction, as he knew exactly which interested parties would bid on the day. Grants dedication ensured we had a fantastic result on auction day. We would also like to thank Grant for his sensitivity and patience as this was a deceased estate. The entire sale was a smooth process and we cannot thank you enough.

Grant Wallace - Excellent communicator
From the moment I met Grant Wallace I was impressed by his ability to communicate. He was very clear in communicating the steps required in selling my apartment. We had a timeline which was adhered to and all my expectations were met in keeping the lines of communication open. This was particularly important because I live interstate. Grant was helpful in negoiatig a reserve price for the auction and was always on time with information and courteous in his manner. He is backed superbly by Zoe Harper who also has excellent communication skills. She was always available to open the apartment for contractors who were recommended by her to undertake work in the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble for Zoe.
