Excellent result
Grant knows South Yarra inside out and helped us achieve a fantastic auction result for our investment property. Professional agent

An Agent for the 21st Century
Hocking Stuart in South Yarra (and not only there) is an institution. Their agents are also well known in the South Yarra community. What makes them stand out is their fresh approach to their profession which influences their communications and advice. There is nothing more reassuring to vendors and buyers than attention to details, and more importantly attention to clients' needs. My particular experience refers to a recent property sale that was effected by Mark Konishi and Alexandra Yaramanis. What really made Mark and Alexandra stand out against other agents was their direct and unaffected style, which is something I missed in other agents where I noticed, more often than not, a calculating attitude that removed spontaneity and surely worked against them in my specific case. I have found Mark to be a tireless negotiator, and a fair one also, because I noticed that he was eager to look at the interest of both parties in a sale transaction. I also found Alexandra very competent and a portentous time keeper, everything was done within set timelines, detail coordination was clearly one of her strengths. Excellent Agent
From my first meeting with Nick I felt confident that he would be very professional and do the best for selling the property on our behalf.
