Highly recommend Mark and Alex!
My experience selling my property with Hocking Stuart South Yarra was seamless and very professional. Having engaged Mark to auction a previous property I knew what I was in for and knew I could expect the same high level of service and expertise from my previous dealings. Alex kept everything on track and working together they both kept me up to date regularly throughout the campaign. Mark’s expert auction skills shone on the day of auction. He was calm, conveyed everything I needed to do and developed a strategy to find the best result - which we did! Professional and Market Expert - Highly Recommend!
I had known Mark for a while prior to my decision to sell my property in the SY21 complex in South Yarra. He is an expert in the area and very passionate about this complex in particular which was clearly demonstrated in the sales process. Mark and Alex made the sales process extremely seamless from the beginning to the end, taking care of all the major and minor details such as styling and maintenance of the property. The sales result definitely exceeded my expectations to say the least. I would highly recommend Mark and Alex as very capable and professional real estate agents.

A Terrific Partnership
Grant's service to us was exceptional - he listened to our needs, wants and constraints, then planned our campaign with us. He kept us continuously updated on progress and any changes, and gave us valuable tips (such as choice of music and candles) on maximising the presentation of our home.
