My partner and I spent nearly eight months searching for a home to buy. After attending a particular viewing and meeting one of Melinda's colleagues, we received a follow up call from Melinda. It's hard to articulate exactly why her call was different to others I've received, except to say it was characterised by genuineness, market knowledge, affability, and a real understanding of what we were looking for. This was coupled with a sympathy about how dispiriting the whole process can be (missing out at auctions etc.). We were buoyed however over those months, by her being very encouraging as well! We were delighted to see she was one of the agents managing a property we were interested in. Her assistance in facilitating our eventual purchase is something we have an abiding gratitude for. Her professionalism was also evidenced in her timeliness, appointment-wise and responsiveness in communications. This really added to her 'standout' status for us, having met countless agents. I would (and have already) highly recommended her to anyone engaged in either side of the real-estate experience.

I couldn’t recommend Grant more highly, he is incredibly professional and easy to deal with. I bought my property from Grant 5 years ago and had such a good experience I decided to use him again when I needed to sell the property. Grant was always available to answer all of my questions and kept me up-to-date of how the sale process was developing. Grant was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the purchase process. He was professional, transparent and did a great job of communicating the vendor's position and local market trends to us. In other experiences I have had, there has been the sense that the agent is not being completely transparent and I have had to second guess what they say with regards to where vendor's expectations really sit. Grant was consistent about the price throughout the process and kept all interested parties informed. I would highly recommend him as an agent and would definitely use him for any future sales of my own.
