Rod introduced himself to my sister when she was looking in the window of Montgomery Real Estate at Penshurst. We were thinking of putting our home on the market and moving to a retirement village. Rod is a real estate agent par excellence. He got us a price we are thrilled with, and was very helpful with all aspects of the sale of our unit. We had a lot of down sizing to do and Rod knew people who could use the furniture we couldn't take with us. He and a friend came and took the furniture away which to us was an added bonus. I would recommend Rod to anyone who is selling/buying. He has integrity and a knowledge real estate, is up front with all charges etc. and kept us up to date with what was happening at all time.
