I would recommend Mark Somboli as your agent for many reasons but the main one is the courtesy that he showed towards my very elderly mother. We interviewed several agents at the waterfront family property that we were selling and they were all focused on the value of the property. He was the only one that wanted to meet my mother ( who is in a nursing home) before proceeding with putting the house on the market to ensure that she was comfortable with selling the house. To me that shows a true professional that understands the sentimental value that a property has to a family.
