John always kept us abreast of what was happening with the local RE market -what had sold, what was selling what was being sold and what was the asking prices etc. all this was emailed to us with attached links to make it easy to access the info. In regards to our property for sale John and Theo would always keep us informed about any offers, the amount of people that went to see the property and what their comments or lack of comments were, how many went to the open house, how many people looked at our unit on the internet and how many asked for further information, etc..
