Patrick was very presentable, polite, amenable and knowledgeable. He is an excellent communicator. He even helped me with some issues when the sale was completed which was very good of him. One slight fault was that he told me the large trees in my garden were covered by strata. I didn't find out until I moved in that they are NOT covered by strata as they are in my private garden and not on common land. It's now costing me $1,300.00 to get 2 of them pruned as they are dangerous. I am very annoyed about this. Otherwise I would have given him 5 stars.

Patrick would have to be one of the most professional, knowledgeable real estate agents in the Sutherland- St George areas. As I had dealt with so many agents in a short space of time during COVID with selling and buying it was refreshing to see that are still some decent real estate agents around. I appreciated Patrick's forthright, helpful manner when I purchased my property and his assistance throughout the whole buying process. He would follow up on everything as indicated.
