We had a bad start with another agent. Patrick door knocked and called us. We met with him and his daughter Myanna. So so glad we did. Sold the Villa for $1.1m, had an excellent experience, so happy to have moved and loving life together. Don’t look for anyone else or at best make sure you give them a chance to quote you.

John was cool-headed throughout the whole process. Factual and informative as well as empathetic to any concerns or questions that we had. He showed us two properties. One which we found via realestate.com and he actually recommended this property that I ended up purchasing as another potential option that may fit our criteria. Well it clearly did, he was right. He knew the market well. After seeing the properties in question we did a bit more research on the current market within that 10-15k radius. After seeing a handful of other properties we realised that John was on the mark. He was clearly experienced and knew the market well. He was firm with pricing (good for the owners, bad for us) but he also didn't beat around the bush and lead us on, no surprises and just laid it out how it was. That allowed us to trust him more readily. It is my first experience in buying a home but John had the knack to lead me there so for that I can't really fault him and his approach. Great and professional experience all round. Cheers John

I am very happy with the professional approach to business that Mark and Natalia have. My sister and I wanted to sell the house sooner or later but never got around to doing it, when someone and I feel it was Ben dropped her business card in the letter box I said to my sister, let's sell the house and lets talk to the people who dropped the card in the letter box.
