Rates far above any other realestate agent we have ever had for a sale or purchase

Sam's motto is that he sells within 31 days. He was successful due to his diagnosis of the problem we had selling our apartment. We had viewers at every openhouse! Sam is unique in his thinking and presentation. He is a five star realator, and more.

Blaise was exceptional from start to finish.

She negotiated $60,000 above the original offer and achieved an outcome I was genuinely thrilled with in the current market. Her communication throughout the sale was excellent. I was always kept updated, she was transparent about where things stood, and she gave clear advice without ever pressuring me into a decision. If she had concerns, she raised them honestly, but she never presented uncertainty as fact or tried to steer me based on her own hesitation. I always felt well informed and able to make the final call myself. She also went well beyond what I expected from an agent. I live interstate and accepted a 30 day settlement, which meant I couldn’t get back in time to collect belongings from my storage unit. Blaise offered to help organise and store them until I can collect them, and is also coordinating the keys and final handover so the sale can settle smoothly. She is a strong negotiator, an excellent communicator and someone who genuinely takes ownership of the process. I would work with Blaise again without hesitation. She got me a fantastic result and made the entire sale significantly easier.

Hagan has been excellent with his communication...

Hagan has been excellent with his communication regarding the sale of my property and the purchase of a new property. The initial meeting with Costa and Hagan was open and honest and I felt like we were all aligned with the outcomes. In this survey where it referred to agent I’m referring to Hagan as I didn’t have any communication with Costa much after the initial meeting.
