We bought a property recently from Belle St Kilda The agents were friendly during inspections, and very prompt in their communication. That being said, several appliances were sold as working in the advertisement. The contract of sale made mention of one specific appliance that was not working, however not the others. When it came to settlement, several appliances were not working, causing us to incur more than $5,000 in replacement costs. I cannot recommend Sam on this basis, as I couldn’t imagine how he can stand behind treating customers in this way. It’s exactly this type of shark-like behaviour that gives real estate agents a bad name… where the sale of a property is simply a transaction, expecting no emotion, and is routinely focused on investment and profitability. Gross.

I would highly recommend costa for anyone selling a property . My investment property with other agents was going on the market but the agent was very pessimistic about its price potential . Costa was recommended by a friend and he was far more optimistic about its potential . He encouraged me to be more patient before dropping my price and he proved to be spot on by selling it for a very acceptable price far more than the first agent anticipated . Costa kept in touch regularly with updates and could not have been more helpful . Great outcome .
