Our situation was selling a property for our Mothers Estate involving 3 daughters as Executors in Brighton East. Moses provided us with the advice to decide the property pricing range, what to include in the marketing schedule to maximize exposure to the buyers, he set up a Whatsapp chat so we were all equally informed with regular feedback on buyers situations.
