It soon became apparent that Sam was exceedingly trustworthy, genuine and hugely energetic and therefore an excellent real estate agent, and, I'd imagine, in a category all of his own. I always felt kept in mind by Sam and couldn't have been more impressed by his running of the campaign from start until auction day. He kept me informed but always led the way and I always felt in the the best of hands throughout the process of selling. Sam is a unique real estate agent and a gem I was lucky enough to find. We listed our apartment with Julian as Melbourne went into lockdown. Even though we could have no inspections, we were contacted weekly with updates on all inquiries. Once inspections were allowed, under strict guidelines, Julian took a number of buyers through and had offers within a couple of days. We sold without going to auction, we also had another property that he then sold to the people that missed out on this apartment. Julian is one of the best agents that we have dealt with in all the years that we have been buying and selling property.
