Before I have decided to sell my property I have done extensive market research around the area. I went through Local Agent Finder, made enquires however somewhat, I wasn’t really satisfied. I made contact with Costa after I’ve seen impressive sell result next door of similar property which I have closely monitored for some time. I have meet many real estate agents through the selection process which was very exhausting to be honest. I was looking for the “honesty” and “drive” in real estate agent. Before appointing Sam Inan we interviewed a number of agents and viewed their performance at auction. We were confident that we had chosen well but always concerned by the what if's. Sam was a calming influence in a process that could become emotionally charged. I found Julian a man that believed and practiced good service, nothing was too much trouble. I bought a unit at auction that Julian was coordinating. Julian presented the unit to its full potential and knew the product he was selling. All technical questions I asked Julian he knew or he immediately followed up with the vendor and got back to me in a timely manner. If you want a honest, young, keen, good communicator I would recommend Julian to both vendors and purchasers.
