We cannot fault Sam Inan in the slightest. From the first time we met him and throughout the entire campaign, Sam kept us up to date, informed and education on the whole selling process. Sam is incredibly trustworthy, genuine, realistic and most of all friendly. Nothing is too hard or inconvenient for him. Sams knowledge of the Elwood/ St Kilda area and his ability to communicate with both sellers and buyers and keep them engaged is second to none. He does everything with a smile on his face and is probably the hardest working professional we know!! We cannot thank Sam enough for such an incredible result and cannot recommend him highly enough. You'd call us and let us know how many groups came through and what the interest was like. We always worked together forming a game plan leading up to the auction. In the end you were able to help us sell before auction at what we believe to be an amazing price! We couldn't be happier with the result and would recommend you to anyone we know! My wife Suzi and I wish to express our sincere gratitude to John, Costa and the team at Hocking Stuart St. Kilda in the sale of our apartment on Carlisle Street. Living three hours away in central Victoria and running a business should have posed problems for us in organising our apartment to be in perfect order to sell but John and Costa did all the work for us. The apartment was painted, had new carpets, electrical work and rented furniture organised by John all without us having to go to Melbourne. After each open day either John or Costa would ring us to let us know about the day including numbers and potential buyer feedback. I highly recommend Sam for his credibility, negotiation and communication skills. I was not convinced by having a video of the house but he did a great job! And he KNOWS how to sell a house!!! John Manning is a very warm and welcoming agent with a wonderful earthy, easy going nature - a rare trait among agents these days! But that's not to say John isn't passionate about real estate or his clients as John and his team were enthusiastic, honest, extremely hard working and a pleasure to deal with through every step of the selling process.
