•Blaise was one of the listing agents on this property and was kind during open homes. However the positives ended there, with the property presenting countless issues after handover. During the opens we had raised questions on the functionality of appliances which was later inconclusive, as well as any notable issues such as water leaks, damaged flooring, unfinished joinery, etc. There were hidden repairs and patched up work that had been done in an effort to conceal damage which was not immediately noticeable, and became visible after settlement, with heavy rain. If you like buying houses riddled with issues from agents that have no self-respect or empathy for their customers, then you’re in great hands.
We bought a property recently from Belle St Kilda The agents were friendly during inspections, and very prompt in their communication. That being said, several appliances were sold as working in the advertisement. The contract of sale made mention of one specific appliance that was not working, however not the others. When it came to settlement, several appliances were not working, causing us to incur more than $5,000 in replacement costs. I cannot recommend Sam on this basis, as I couldn’t imagine how he can stand behind treating customers in this way. It’s exactly this type of shark-like behaviour that gives real estate agents a bad name… where the sale of a property is simply a transaction, expecting no emotion, and is routinely focused on investment and profitability. Gross.
