So many of these reviews are questionable as to their authenticity, however, I cannot stress enough how genuine my gratitude to Norman So is. I was in a precarious position as executor to my parents and my one and only requirement was to receive the utmost integrity in the agent I chose. Norman So was all of this. He only ever spoke to me with veracity, respect and helpfulness. We were able to transact everything over the phone and internet. Their presentation, promises and claims proved to be 100% genuine. The fact that the property sale of $2million over the reserve is a testament to Norman So, his wise advice, his integrity and the strategy we collectively executed. It is my belief that the buyer also got a good deal and this is because of the navigation and work Norman So ensued matching me and the buyer. His potential buyers were genuine and clearly also had a good relationship with Norman So. This is important as transactions of this size MUST make everyone on all sides of the equation satisfied. I believe this was the case. I thank my parents who left their 5 children and 8 grandchildren a generous financial legacy, but more importantly, to realise that integrity was more important and I this part of the transaction with Norman So was there in abundance. This property is a genuinely fantastic location and I wish the new family many happy and healthy days there.
