Simon was a good agent during the process, could have been a bit quicker at replying to texts but I'm sure he's busy so it was broadly fine. He helped us with some first-home-buyer questions and was not pushy on the day of the auction. He helped us get a viewing by our building inspector when the building inspector abruptly and at short notice (matter of hours) needed to change the day. Overall I was really happy with Simon.

Daniel Ozmen was professional and of a high standard in how he attended to his job, Daniel was approachable and easy to work with plus nothing was too hard that he couldn't answer or work on. He took all the stress off us, he listened to our ideal's and ran with it knowing we live interstate. He arranged for tradesmen, cleaners ect to spruce up our unit, he arranged all the necessary paperwork to be forwarded to our Conveyancer. He set up zoom meetings and easy documentation signing online which was so easy, convenient and stress free. Daniel saw glitches and concern's in the handling and tackiness of the previous real estate agent handling our property but Daniel conducted himself with poise and professionalism being careful not to tarnish or speak ill of the other business despite Daniel being given the run around and having to chase things up with the handing over of the keys. I admire that! What really impressed me about Daniel was he cared about us, he was respectful and he spoke with us respectfully not condescending like the previous agent. Another thing that impressed me about Daniel was "he walked the talk" (what he says he does) Daniel said he would give us weekly reports and he did this firstly by phone and followed up with an email. Daniel never proceeded or made changes without consulting with us first
