We purchased a flat though Belle group in Darlinghurst. We had a few hurdles to deal with: we were located in Perth WA and we had real issues with our lawyer and the property managers . The Belle team ,in particularly Blair, helped greatly. Without his assistance we would have walked. We also decided to have Belle manage the property.
